Migrate

Migrating from SocialBee to Extudio

For SocialBee users who think in content categories and post mostly to X.

Overview

SocialBee schedules to many networks around content categories, with evergreen posts that can go out again.

Extudio uses a similar idea for X: each posting slot carries a category (Education, Discovery, Data/Tips, Engagement), and the Calendar shows which ones are empty. The difference is that each post goes out once, and the effort goes into writing new ones with an AI that knows your brand.

Where things live

The same jobs, under different names. What you used in SocialBee, and where to find it in Extudio.

Key differences

  • A brand kit drives every draft, including a playbook per category.
  • An empty calendar slot opens Compose with that slot's category already set.
  • Built only for X, with tools for threads, replies and long-form articles.
  • AI images are built in.

What Extudio doesn't do

Worth knowing before you switch. If one of these is the reason you use SocialBee, keep it for that.

  • Evergreen recycling. Each post is scheduled once.
  • Posting to networks other than X.
  • Analytics.
  • Team members and shared workspaces. Each Extudio account is one login with one brand.
  • Importing your SocialBee categories or posts. Copy the X posts you want into Compose.

Moving over, step by step

  1. Create your account. Sign up with Google, X or your email. The Free plan has no time limit and needs no card.
  2. Set up your brand. Give the brand wizard your website and it drafts your positioning, voice and pillars (paid plans), or fill in your name, story and voice by hand. Every draft reads from it from then on.
  3. Recreate your schedule with categories. Add your posting times under Settings → Posting slots and give each one a category, or load the recommended week and adjust it.
  4. Move the posts you still want. Paste them into Compose and schedule them, then pause SocialBee for X so nothing posts twice.
  5. Connect X. Connect your account through X's official sign-in (Creator and Pro). We never see your password, and you can disconnect from settings.

Pricing

Extudio has a free plan with no time limit and no card, and two paid plans. AI is included in the paid plans; there are no API keys to bring.

  • Free, $0: the tweet, thread and article editor, X-accurate preview, drafts queue and brand kit; posts go out through X’s own composer.
  • Creator, $19/month: 300 AI drafts, 50 images, up to 2 X accounts and scheduled auto-posting.
  • Pro, $49/month: 1,500 AI drafts, 250 images, up to 5 X accounts and scheduled auto-posting.

Details about SocialBee reflect its public website as of November 2026 and may have changed since. SocialBee is a trademark of its owner; Extudio isn’t affiliated with it.
