Migrating from Circleboom to Extudio
For Circleboom users whose main job on X is writing and scheduling posts.
Overview
Circleboom offers tools for managing an X account, such as looking through your followers and the accounts you follow and cleaning them up, alongside post scheduling.
Extudio doesn't manage your account; it helps you write and publish to it. An AI that writes in your brand's voice drafts tweets, threads, replies and articles, and a queue publishes them on time from our servers.
Where things live
The same jobs, under different names. What you used in Circleboom, and where to find it in Extudio.
| In Circleboom | In Extudio |
|---|---|
| Post scheduling | Queue, Calendar and posting slots |
| AI writing help | Compose and ChatBoth read your brand kit. |
| Post images | ImagineAI illustrations in your brand details. |
Key differences
- Writing is the core: tweets, threads, replies and long-form articles, each with its own tool.
- A brand kit drives every draft, so the AI writes in your voice.
- A preview that shows posts and threads the way X renders them.
- Failed posts come back to the queue with X's reason and a one-click retry.
What Extudio doesn't do
Worth knowing before you switch. If one of these is the reason you use Circleboom, keep it for that.
- Follower and following analysis.
- Unfollowing or cleaning up accounts.
- Deleting old tweets.
- Analytics.
- Importing your Circleboom schedule. Copy the posts you want into Compose.
Moving over, step by step
- Create your account. Sign up with Google, X or your email. The Free plan has no time limit and needs no card.
- Set up your brand. Give the brand wizard your website and it drafts your positioning, voice and pillars (paid plans), or fill in your name, story and voice by hand. Every draft reads from it from then on.
- Move your scheduled posts. Paste the posts still scheduled in Circleboom into Compose and schedule them, then remove them there so nothing posts twice.
- Connect X. Connect your account through X's official sign-in (Creator and Pro). We never see your password, and you can disconnect from settings.
- Set your posting slots. In settings, add the days and times you want to post. Scheduled posts fill those slots and publish from our servers, browser closed.
Pricing
Extudio has a free plan with no time limit and no card, and two paid plans. AI is included in the paid plans; there are no API keys to bring.
- Free, $0: the tweet, thread and article editor, X-accurate preview, drafts queue and brand kit; posts go out through X’s own composer.
- Creator, $19/month: 300 AI drafts, 50 images, up to 2 X accounts and scheduled auto-posting.
- Pro, $49/month: 1,500 AI drafts, 250 images, up to 5 X accounts and scheduled auto-posting.
Details about Circleboom reflect its public website as of November 2026 and may have changed since. Circleboom is a trademark of its owner; Extudio isn’t affiliated with it.
