Migrating from Publer to Extudio
For people who schedule with Publer but post mostly to X.
Overview
Publer schedules posts to many social networks from one calendar, with AI writing help along the way.
Extudio is for X only, and puts most of its effort into the writing: an AI that writes in your brand's voice, threads, replies, long-form articles and images, then a queue that fills your posting slots and publishes on time.
Where things live
The same jobs, under different names. What you used in Publer, and where to find it in Extudio.

| Calendar | Calendar |
| Scheduled posts and drafts | Queue |
| Posting schedule | Settings → Posting slots |
| AI writing help | Compose and ChatBoth read your brand kit. |
Key differences
- Built only for X: threads, replies and long-form articles are first-class.
- A brand kit drives every draft, so the AI writes in your voice.
- A preview that shows tweets and threads the way X renders them.
- AI images are built in.
What Extudio doesn't do
Worth knowing before you switch. If one of these is the reason you use Publer, keep it for that.
- Posting to networks other than X.
- Analytics.
- Team members and shared workspaces. Each Extudio account is one login with one brand.
- Recycling old posts.
- Importing your Publer calendar. Copy the X posts you want into Compose.
Moving over, step by step
- Create your account. Sign up with Google, X or your email. The Free plan has no time limit and needs no card.
- Set up your brand. Give the brand wizard your website and it drafts your positioning, voice and pillars (paid plans), or fill in your name, story and voice by hand. Every draft reads from it from then on.
- Copy your X posting times. Add your Publer posting times for X as posting slots in settings.
- Move your scheduled X posts. Paste them into Compose and schedule them, then remove them from Publer so nothing posts twice.
- Connect X. Connect your account through X's official sign-in (Creator and Pro). We never see your password, and you can disconnect from settings.
Pricing
Extudio has a free plan with no time limit and no card, and two paid plans. AI is included in the paid plans; there are no API keys to bring.
- Free, $0: the tweet, thread and article editor, X-accurate preview, drafts queue and brand kit; posts go out through X’s own composer.
- Creator, $19/month: 300 AI drafts, 50 images, up to 2 X accounts and scheduled auto-posting.
- Pro, $49/month: 1,500 AI drafts, 250 images, up to 5 X accounts and scheduled auto-posting.
Details about Publer reflect its public website as of November 2026 and may have changed since. Publer is a trademark of its owner; Extudio isn’t affiliated with it.
