Teach your method on X, in your own words

Extudio writes from your frameworks, your client patterns and your voice, so your posts teach something specific instead of repeating what every coach says.

Sound familiar?

Advice that sounds like everyone else's

“Consistency is key.” “Mindset matters.” Coaching feeds are full of advice too general to act on, and generic AI writes more of it.

Your best material is confidential

The breakthroughs happen in sessions. Turning them into posts without exposing a client takes care, so most of it never gets used.

Likes that don't turn into calls

Motivational posts get engagement from other coaches. The people who might hire you need to see how you think about their specific problem.

A week with Extudio

  1. 01

Put your method in the brand kit

Add your frameworks to the glossary and category playbooks, and your recurring client themes to content pillars. Drafts start from your method, not a generic one.

  2. 02

    Ask, then teach

Post a question early in the week. Use the answers as raw material for a framework thread later in the week.

  3. 03

    Turn sessions into patterns

After a week of sessions, write down the problem you heard most, with every identifying detail removed. Compose turns it into a post.

  4. 04

    Check for gaps

Use the “Analyze content gaps” shortcut in Chat to see which of your pillars you've neglected.

Specific beats inspirational

The coaching posts that bring in clients are the ones a reader can act on today. Name the situation, give one concrete step, and show how you think. A reader who tries your advice and sees it work is much closer to booking a call than one who agreed with a quote.

A career coach's week

Most people prep for interviews by memorizing answers. Better: write down 5 stories from your work. A problem, what you did, what changed. Almost every behavioral question maps to one of them.

A client told me she'd been waiting to feel ready to ask for a raise for two years. Ready isn't a feeling. It's a list: your results, the market rate, the number you want. Write the list first.

Question for managers: what's one thing a new hire did in their first month that made you trust them? Collecting answers for a guide. I'll credit the best ones.

From posts to booked calls

Posts build trust; your profile converts it. A reader who likes a post checks your bio and pinned post before anything else, so that's where the offer belongs.

  • Say who you help and with what in the bio. See how to write an X bio.
  • Pin a thread that shows your method end to end, with one clear next step.
  • Make a direct offer about once a week, not in every post.
  • When you link to your booking page, consider putting the link in a reply; links in posts are widely reported to get less reach.
