Connect X and schedule posts
Connected X accounts and scheduled posts that publish with your browser closed.
You can now connect X from Settings using X's official sign-in. We never see your password, tokens are stored encrypted, and you can disconnect anytime. Creator connects up to 2 accounts and Pro up to 5; posts publish from the one set as default.
Scheduled posts and Post now publish from Extudio's servers, so your browser can be closed. Threads post as a reply chain, in order, with one image per tweet.
- If X has a server or network error, we retry 3 more times, after about 30, 60 and 120 seconds.
- If X rate-limits the account, the post is re-queued for X's reset time.
- Anything else marks the post failed with the reason, for example "Posted 2 of 6 tweets before X failed". It shows in Ready with a Retry button that resumes where it stopped.
